Introduction

Our introductory classes gives you the opportunity to learn more about yoga and meditation.

All of our classes are catered for people with all range of experiences, including beginners. For those whom are seeking classes for beginners, this denoted in our class schedule with the letter B. It is allocated for both new and existing members who wish to learn more about yoga and meditation (such as correction of yoga poses, focusing on particular targets and improving knowledge of meditation).

Duration: 60 minutes 

Languages: Vietnamese and English.
