About Thien Tam -Yoga and Meditation Centre

Thien Tam – Yoga and Meditation Centre is serene and peaceful studio located in the heart of Cabramatta.

Thien Tam is founded by Phuong (Durga) Nguyen. Durga is an experienced and passionate yoga teacher dedicated to guiding you on your journey of physical, mental and spiritual wellbeing. Our classes are designed to suit all levels from beginners to advanced students with the purpose of improving people’s health and well-being through yoga and meditation.
